Athletic Physicals:

There are 2 parts of the “Physical” process that must be completed to participate in tryouts.

There is an Athletic Physical that each player must complete with a physician and an online physical packet as well.

* Go to Etiwanda HS School Website: https://ehs.cjuhsd.net
* Click on: Activities –> Athletics –> Physical Packet
* Register as an athlete and follow the instructions to complete the
“Online” portion.
* Download the physical form and take it to a physician. CLICK HERE
* You can upload the completed physical or turn it in to Coach Martinez.
* On-Campus Physicals are available:
MONDAY, JUNE 24th, 2024 @ 2:00pm
Price: $20.00 (CASH ONLY).

* MONDAY, June 3 - June 27, 2024 from 2:30pm - 5:30pm (Monday -Thursday)
* "Dead Period": (NO PRACTICES) June 29th - July 14th, 2024
* Summer Tryouts / Practices resume MONDAY, July 15, 2:30pm - 5:30pm (M-Th)​​​
* Freshman Football Parent Meeting – July 2024 AFTER PRACTICE (TBA)
Meeting will take place either via Zoom Meeting or in the School’s Auditorium.
